Life At Urbanage Landbase

Diwali, the festival of new beginnings, is a time for us to come together and revel in the spirit of the holy season. We organize a variety of activities, including Rangoli competitions, Best Dressed Male & Female contests, and Office decorations, all of which add to the festive atmosphere. To top it off, we plan to have team jamming sessions over a live band on the floor and a snack food corner, which adds to the fun and merriment of the occasion.

At Urbanage Landbase, we pay homage to our cultural heritage by hosting festivals that foster a sense of community among our colleagues. To celebrate Independence Day, we gather as a team in tri-color-themed dresses to celebrate our freedom and honor the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters. The festivities included performances, speeches, snack lunch, engaging quizzes, and team games while playing patriotic songs that fills the room with a sense of nationalistic fervor.

Christmas Day celebration at Urbanage Landbase always happens to be a joyous event filled with camaraderie and festive cheer. The entire office gets transformed into a winter wonderland, decorated with twinkling lights, colorful ornaments, and a beautifully adorned Christmas tree. Colleagues join in together to celebrate the holiday spirit, enjoying a delectable feast and Secret Santa gift exchange. The office stands abuzz with a sense of unity and goodwill, reminding everyone of the true meaning of Christmas.

Urbanage Landbase celebrates Women's Day with utmost enthusiasm and grace. The day begins with a heartfelt speech by our Directors, acknowledging and appreciating the contributions of women in the workplace. A special luncheon is organized, where delicious cuisine from various cultures is served, representing the diversity of our female workforce.
